Empire Management Group was started with a vision to be a boutique management company small enough to focus on a very select few talent acts, but with an international outlook; to be a place where everyone is developed and worked with thoroughly to build their careers at whatever stage they are at.
We primarily cater to music producers. With management personnel in Miami and Los Angeles our aim is to pair our producers with exciting new acts, whilst simultaneously starting new relationships with already established artists. In a shrinking record industry our international presence in The Caribbean, Europe, and the US has allowed us to broaden the work of our roster outside of their traditional home territories.
We want to build successful careers and take a forward thinking approach to management; helping spot talent for our clients to work with and facilitating interesting deals to develop them, while working with an international mindset and to attain the best contractual terms.

-Recording Artists (Singers + Rappers)
But we also are open to other talent. We work with formal dancers, choreographers, creative directors, publicists, engineers, promoters and other managers as well.
Miss Cash (pictured above center) is one of our lead agents. She currently resides in Miami and is also the VIP Director for the YesJulz Agency. Cash, who's real name Colby A. Smith-Hammond forms the acronym C.A.S.H., provides personal relations services, A&R, talent scouting, event planning and promotional services to compliment her management skills.
